Mold geometry

In order to ensure that the steel plate always has good contact with the upper die during the entire bending process, it is recommended to use a semi-circular design for the head section of the upper die.Our company also provides all steel products processing and bending services.

Rolling direction

Due to the texture effect produced by the rolling process, the steel plate has different bending properties in different directions. When the bending line is perpendicular to the rolling direction (ie, lateral bending), the bending performance of the steel plate is always better than when the bending line is parallel to the rolling direction (longitudinal bending).
