The paint mist separation chamber is equipped with a paint mist separation device. Compared with the wet spray booth, the dry spray booth is a type of spray booth, which is named because its paint mist separation device does not use water in the process of separating paint mist and adopts the dry method to separate paint mist. The dry paint mist separation device has a variety of principles for separating paint mist. Some use the principle of filtration to separate paint mist, some use the principle of electrostatic separation to separate paint mist, and some use inertial force and centrifugal force to separate paint mist.

Purpose

1. Use air to quickly remove the paint mist and solvent gas generated in the spraying process in time to prevent them from polluting the coated surface and provide a better working environment for constructors.

2. Capture and separate the overspray produced in the spraying process, reduce the content of paint mist in the exhaust air as much as possible, and reduce the paint accumulation of fan and air duct.
